This policy applies to the "SideHustle" Chrome extension (item ID kfohjckkkpkjdohafclohjopahifmoni) and is published by SideHustle (sidehustle-club.com), which is the controller of the data described here. Effective date: 10 October 2026. If we change it, we publish the new version at this same address and update the date.
The extension connects your Vinted account to your SideHustle account. Inside a Vinted tab where you are already signed in, it reads your own listings, sales and unread message notifications and sends them to your SideHustle account; and, when you ask it to, it creates draft listings on Vinted from products you chose in SideHustle. It acts only on Vinted pages and only for these features.
Authentication information: your SideHustle email and a connection token issued when you log in through the extension. Your password is sent once to log you in and is never stored by the extension. Website content from your own Vinted account: for each of your listings, the title, description, price, photos, size, brand and category; for each sale, the item title, price, currency, status, date, the buyer's username and a link to the order; for each unread conversation, the other member's username, the item title, a preview of at most 160 characters of the last message and a link to it. We do not collect your Vinted password, cookies or session, payment card or bank details, addresses, your browsing history or the content of any other page.
Only to provide the extension's single purpose described above: to import your listings into your SideHustle stock, to create drafts on Vinted, and to show and register your sales and statuses in your account. We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or analytics, we do not sell it, and we do not use or transfer it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Use of the data is limited to providing and improving these user-facing features, in line with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy (Limited Use).
On your device the extension keeps only your connection token, your email, the time of the last sync and your settings, in the browser's extension storage; logging out or uninstalling the extension removes them. The data it sends is transmitted over HTTPS to the SideHustle servers (our web application runs on Vercel and our database on Supabase) and is stored in your own SideHustle account, protected by access rules so that only you can see it. The connection token is stored on our servers only as a one-way hash. We keep the data while your SideHustle account is active. When you delete your account (Settings, "Delete my account"), your data is deleted with it; you can also ask us to delete it at any time.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed only by the infrastructure providers we need to run the service (Vercel for hosting and Supabase for the database), under their data processing terms, and may be disclosed if the law requires it. Data you choose to publish yourself, for example a product you list on SideShop, is public by your own decision.
Vinted sites (vinted.*): to read your own listings, sales and statuses and to create drafts, on the Vinted domain you use. sidehustle-club.com: to log you in, send the data and fetch the products you want to publish. storage: to keep your connection token, email and settings on your device. alarms: to sync every 5 minutes and to process the draft queue. tabs: to find your open Vinted tab. scripting: to run the extension's own code in that tab. The extension does not use remote code.
You can log out of the extension, disable it or uninstall it at any time, and you can delete your SideHustle account yourself in Settings. You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, to object to its processing and to complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). To exercise these rights, write to the contact below. The extension is not directed at children under 16.
