How long does the commission last?
For as long as the customer you referred keeps their paid plan active — no time limit.
How is commission calculated?
As a percentage of your current tier applied to what the customer you referred paid — 20%, 25% or 30%, depending on how many active customers you have.
How do I reach the next tier?
Your tier rises automatically once you reach the required number of active customers — nothing to request.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer, to the IBAN you set in your dashboard, always in euros. Each commission stays pending for 30 days and then moves to your balance; you can request a withdrawal from €50.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes — the same rate applies to the first payment and every renewal, for as long as the customer stays active.
When can I withdraw my balance?
From 50€, and only once the commission is 30 days old — to cover any refunds.
